Beacon Women's Center offers abortion services by appointment up to 16 weeks from the last menstrual period (LMP). Abortions are performed under Twilight, Valium or Nitrous Gas anesthesia by state licensed, Board Certified or eligible OB-GYN physicians.

Between 7-12 Weeks LMP (first trimester)

Abortions can be done under local anesthesia (a numbing of the cervix), Valium, Nitrous Gas or Twilight. The average stay in the clinic is approximately 3 to 4 hours.

All abortions are performed by state licensed Board Certified or eligible OB-GYN physicians. Services made available through our clinic include laboratory work, counseling, exam by the doctor, recovery room care, and a follow-up exam 3 to 4 weeks following the procedure.

What is the right method of abortion for me?

Payment may be made with cash, MasterCard, Visa, or debit card. No personal checks, cashiers check or money orders accepted. Fees may be discussed on the telephone or at the clinic.
